Virtual Entity workshop at Liwoli

Liwoli 2009 will take place in Linz from April 23rd to 25th. Defined hacklab for Art and Open Source, it features lectures, performances, installations, and workshops. It is a collaboration between: SERVUS.AT, HAIP, RADIO FRO, GOTO10, TIMESUP, and LUGL. On April 4th between 13:30 and 15:00: Virtual Entity workshop.

Here is the program:
This workshop is open to any person interested in the net and its virtual, digital population. The participation of artists and creators of digital files is encouraged.
Structure:
- brief introduction to the main concepts at the base of the project
- software installation
- creation of Souls
– playing with Entities
- discussion, feed-back and future perspectives
System requirements: *nix.
Familiarity with command line is a preferred but not exclusive requirement.
